Learning Naturally

We have created child-centered indoor and outdoor environments full of authentic and imaginative play experiences. Indoors we build, create art, and scoop and pour in our sensory table. Much pretend play happens in our play kitchen and dress-up area. We have a loft in our main playroom, and it is the perfect place to spend time with some good friends and a stack of books. You’ll find Montessori-inspired tray work, as well as open-ended art materials available in the kitchen.

Rain or shine, we spend time in our 200 square foot sandbox, climb on our play structure, ride tricycles, and enjoy our play house. On our covered porch, we have a woodworking area. Our yard is a National Wildlife Federation Certified Wildlife Habitat. We enjoy feeding the birds and squirrels who visit our yard each day. We also collect the eggs from our Serama hens and feed our Lionhead rabbit, Lorenzo.
